I love the site and will be dowloading the book.
I teach middle school ESL so much of this is advanced but I can tailor a lot of ideas to fit their knowledge level.
One comment re:teaching the difference between &quot;make&quot; and &quot;do&quot;. In the example &quot;make money&quot; I was always told that we do not &quot;make&quot; money, but we earn money.
